These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Kohinoorbook at kohinoorbook.live. They form an agreement between you and Kohinoorbook. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register for a Kohinoorbook ID and use the platform. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that online gaming is permitted in your location. It is your responsibility to know and follow the laws that apply to you. If we find that an account holder is under 18, the account will be closed.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the details you provide and for keeping your password private. Each person may hold one Kohinoorbook ID, and you must not share your login or let anyone else use your account. Any activity that takes place under your ID is treated as yours. Tell us straight away if you think your account has been accessed by someone else.

3. Deposits and withdrawals

Deposits can be made through the accepted payment methods shown on the platform, including Paytm, Google Pay, PhonePe, UPI, bank transfer and crypto. Withdrawals are paid back to a valid method in your name. We may carry out checks to confirm identity and prevent fraud before releasing funds. Only money that has cleared and is not tied to an active game can be withdrawn.

4. Gameplay and fair use

All games on Kohinoorbook are provided for entertainment. Outcomes in games of chance are determined fairly, and results cannot be guaranteed or predicted. You play with your own funds and accept that you may lose the amount you stake. Please only play with money you are comfortable losing.

5. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform if you are under 18 or where it is not legally allowed.
• Provide false information or open more than one account.
• Use bots, exploits or any method to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempt to interfere with the platform's security or operation.
• Use the account for money laundering or any unlawful purpose.

Breaking these rules can lead to your account being suspended or closed and funds withheld where justified.

6. Limitation of liability

Kohinoorbook is provided on an "as is" basis. While we work to keep the platform available and accurate, we do not guarantee it will always be free of interruptions or errors. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the platform beyond the funds held in your account.

7. Suspension and closure

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, shows signs of fraud, or where required by law. You may also close your own account at any time by contacting support, subject to settling any pending activity.

8. Changes to these terms
